HUD Declares Veterans Act Self-Implementing
NAIHC Chairwoman Cheryl Causley requested clarification about whether or not the Indian Veterans Housing Opportunity Act of 2010 was self-implementing. In HUD's opinion, the Act is self-implementing, and no regulatory change is needed before implementation.
