Leadership Institute Classes
NAIHC's Leadership Institute provides a means by which individuals can improve their management skills. Leadership Institute Training is specific to the Housing Industry under the provisions of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA).
Leadership Institute Program Details
NOTE: All courses begin at 8:30 and end at 4:30 Tuesday – Thursday.
On Friday, classes begin at 8:30 and end by noon following the exam. Students should verify start and end times on the course agenda provided at registration.
FEES FOR ALL COURSES (except Pathways Home and LIHTC Compliance):
$550 for Tribal or Housing Authority Employees
$575 for NAIHC Associate or Individual Members
$650 for All Other Students
